Dispute/ Temporary or Provisional Credit

So I had disputed unauthorized fraud charges from some random company that says its based in Dubai and another “based” in Nairobi. and I ended getting provisional credit the next day at 8:50 AM I filed the dispute at around 7:40 AM the previous day. Now O noticed I had another 3 charges from another company “based” in Ghana. and this one has a website but only thing on rhere to contact was a email. I filed the dispute lat like 5:07 PM and it has been 3 days from then and didnt get it anyone have any clue the first one was quicker than this one. That first one got resolved in my favor a momth later too. All these transactions are within 60 days as well. Also if anyone can share at what time during the day they got their provisional credit so maybe I can be on the lookout then too
