Called Toyota about the recall on my 26 Camry

I was told that yes they will give me a loaner, but I would have to pay $42/day and pay it weekly during the duration of the rental. Then be paid back at the end.

WTF is that right?

I'm now waiting for a call probably tomorrow for the next step but there's no chance I'm doing that if that is the case.
