Is it normal for waiver to take this long?

I went to meps early January and needed a few waivers. For all the waivers except one, I just had to write some written statements. My bp was high at meps so they requested I get it done twice at urgent care. So within a few days I submitted that. A week following that all of my waivers were approved but for some reason meps requested I get another re-evaluation of my bp at urgent care. So I did that. It’s now been several weeks and I’m not hearing anything. Is this a bad sign or just normal?
