Warning: Scam Alert – David Andrews / LendingFlow.com (Leadprocess LLC dba) – Took My $2K for DSCR Lead Gen, Delivered Nothing + Endless Refund Runaround

Has anyone here worked with David Andrews from LendingFlow.com (dba Leadprocess LLC) for DSCR lead gen?

I paid him $2,000 upfront for setup + 30 days of leads, with a money-back guarantee if nothing came through.

• Zero usable leads delivered.

• I then asked for ad copy/proof of campaigns → complete silence.

• He promised a full refund 3 weeks ago.

• Since then: endless excuses (“Zelle issues,” “only crypto,” “bank messed up wire,” etc.).

Feels like a classic lead-gen scam targeting loan officers.
