Hey! I’m Nick. Im an occupational therapist, clothing designer, and longtime apartment manager of this classic 5-bedroom apartment in Midtown West near Columbus Circle (W 57th / 10th Ave). Im winding down the application window for a fourth to join our comfortable, open-minded, and easygoing living space. We're respectful of boundaries, sharing our human experiences, and down to get weird.

• Large shared kitchen with great counter space + storage

• Comfy living room - Newly furnished common spaces

• Roof access for fresh air + city views

• Steps from Columbus Circle, Central Park, and major train lines (1/A/C/B/D) AND (NQR & F) at 57

The Vibe:

Looking to keep the space chill and respectful. Think relaxing, creative, low-key social — a home that feels like a sanctuary, not an excuse to stay out and dread coming home. 420-friendly, open-minded, and good-energy oriented. The kind of spot where you can unwind, exposed, and be yourself. Feel at home without walking on eggshells.

About Us:

I’ve been managing this apartment for 9 years and keep it running smoothly — handling repairs, logistics, and providing a stable, supportive experience. I have an occupational therapy practice, I take on creative projects on the side, and I value honesty, comfort, and authenticity. To apply, I conduct a phone interview to check vibe and compatibility, then I invite you for a viewing, next is the simple application, and if everyone’s serious, I have signed rooms same-day. These rooms, once made available, go to the applicant who submits their security deposit first along with their completed application. We select more on compatibility and have been holding out for the right fit.
