I 26M found something extremely suspicious on my GF 24F's phone, and don't know how to react about it?

I 26M, been with my GF 24F for about 6 months now. Well, everything just worked well, no huge fights no red flags no toxic behaviors from both of us and everything went smoothly.

About a week ago, my GF handed out her phone to me and asked me to search something for her in her Gallery, this said: my GF was never actually been protective about her phone, and tbh I saw it as a perfect sign just from the beginning. Also have to add up that, I NEVER LIKE TO STALK or just break inside someone's phone without their permission, I just don't get the idea....

However, as said, she told me to search something up in her Gallery, because she really is not good functioning in tech, anything related to phones, etc. I kinda accepted while being a little bit annoyed, since her Gallery is an absolute MESS! She has more than maybe 5.000-6.000 Photos, screenshots, bank account screenshots, shoe pics, etc.

I went to search the photo and scrolled up and up and saw something extremely weird...

There was a picture of a "cock" inside her Gallery, it just made very sick, and I was just chilled to the bones. It made my guts sick.

At first, I thought it may be from some actor, or I don't know maybe some random pic on the internet and scrolled more, I saw the cock in other positions, and there was no chance that it belonged to some porn actor because it was like "amateurish photo", I scrolled even more and saw the most suspicious one, a naked guy (without his face shown) laying on a bed, it was like a hotel room and holding the cock, and it was like someone took the picture from the distance.

I was shaking, and suddenly she asked me: did you find the photo, I just immediately handed out her phone and I said "no, I must go to bathroom" and went there and washed my face....

I haven't talk about it and do not know how to react to this
