Candidates for 1000hp 90‘s Japanese cars…

I need your collective wisdom... I wanted to put together a list of Japanese cars from the early to mid-90s that can definitely be tuned to 1000 hp. Even with an engine swap. I don't know if there are any websites that show this. I also don't want to waste my credits on bad purchases. Like with the Lancer Evo III 😏
