Best Top and jungle champions this season

I’m looking to expand my champion pool this season and was wondering which champions are currently strong and viable in both Top lane and Jungle. I prefer flexible picks I can use to climb in solo queue depending on team needs.

So, who do you think performs well in both roles right now? Bonus points if they’re not too hard to learn or are good for carrying games.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
