Any mods for auto kicking when all vips leave

I am running a Exaroton server for a few close friends and want to let them invite there own friends but don't want the friends of friends to be able to keep the server running since it's a pay per time of uptime services.

Any bukkit/spigot/paper plug-ins that can auto-kick remaining players when all vips leave? Bonus if it can config a timer and warning before doing so.
