NYC baristas!! Updated address for settlement check??

Has anyone been able to update their address to receive their settlement check in the past few days.

I’ve emailed DCWP TWICE and no response as well as called and no one ever called me back both well over 24 hours ago????

Has anyone had success getting in contact with settlement administration i’m getting super stressed out and anxious about it :/.
