Birthday Dinner Recommendations for my son?

My wife and I are taking our 5 & 7 year old to islands of adventure and universal studios this weekend. We are staying at the hard rock. It is my 5 year olds birthday on Saturday so I’m looking for a good spot to maybe do dinner but definitely at least have dessert and sing happy birthday. Something in IOA, US, or city walk would be great. Or even if there is a place in the hard rock. Any suggestions on a place with either great food or view to make it a little special? Appreciate any recommendations!
