North Wales 4 Castle Series

I’ve just entered the 4 castle half marathon series which starts in May in Snowdonia. Anyone done that one? I’m wondering if it is trail or road shoes? There’s different opinions online, obviously!!

Anyone done it? I know it won’t be a PB effort due to the hills, but I quite like that 🤣

I do a 1.45 flatish half, I’m hoping to go sub 2hrs at the first one. The others are hilly but don’t seem as excessive as snowdonia, so maybe a PB later in the year 😳
