Changing court language to a language that doesn't get used in other courts

So I play as Umayyads and I'd like my court to speak french because I like the language, but the weird Dutch have conquered all of Europe, so there's no French speaking courts. Is there a way to get my court speaking French without converting my culture? I also try to create the Hispanian Empire so I can't switch cultures right now.
