4 years down the drain?

I have been dating my boyfriend since 2021. In the beginning of the relationship, we had about four issues where I caught him doing stuff or talking with other girls online through his phone. Nothing ever in person all emotional cheating. Throughout our relationship, I have had a male friend that I’ve had since high school. He clearly has met my boyfriend. He also has had a girlfriend for the past seven years. My boyfriend went on a guys trip and I was really insecure. I drink about 5 L of wine that weekend. When he came back, I found out that he was at the strip club and he lied about it. I drink another liter and a half of wine that night. I ended up sending a picture to the guy who has been my friend for the past almost 12 years. I was so drunk I picked an argument with my boyfriend about how he was un loyal. I fell asleep with my phone open, and my boyfriend looked for it. He saw the picture I had sent to my so-called friend. And immediately dumped Me. A few days have gone by we have talked. He has said it’s gonna take time. He wants space right now still but he’s open to trying in the future. He let me know he wants to still remain intimate and still have sex, but he just wants a break because he’s too embarrassed to be with me right now. He says he’s even embarrassed to go out with me in public. Because the guy sent a picture to has a girlfriend. I know that this would never get out, but I feel like I can’t even tell my boyfriend that. He’s too numb right now. I want to know how I can go about getting him back and how I can go about us rebuilding together. Especially since he said he was open to it.
