Feeling numb

Does anyone else feel a bit disconnected and numb? I feel guilty for not feeling as excited as I was during my previous pregnancy…we lost our little girl back in September and I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant. I’m incredibly grateful to be pregnant but I feel like my brain has just shut off all emotion…

we had a family bereavement last week so it’s been pretty tough. Tell me I’m not the only one who felt/feels this way?
