Indie music artist building an AI automation system for my workflow - feedback?

I’m an electronic music producer trying to build a small AI system to automate the non-creative parts of my career (releases, research, tracking).

I have low technical knowledge, but I do know how to “vibe code,” and I’m learning step by step.
I also have some SEO knowledge, which helps me think about growth and visibility.
Privacy and security are important to me, so I prefer local tools and minimal cloud exposure when possible.

Current idea:

Scene Intelligence
Pull artists from Spotify / YouTube / SoundCloud → research labels & contacts → rank relevance → store in a database.

Release Manager
Input track + release date → generate timeline, tasks, and drafts.

Stats Feedback Loop
Aggregate platform stats → improve targeting decisions over time.

Utility automation
Example: artwork auto-resizer.

Stack direction: local scripts + APIs + Google Sheets + LLM.

Questions:

• What skills should I focus on learning first?
• Where can AI give the biggest leverage here?
• Any privacy/security risks I might miss?
• Is this realistic for a solo beginner?
