I miss it

I've taking meds for my ocd and I took fluoxetine before then got switched to zoloft 50mg last month and I noticed my libido is really lowww. At first I was so happy w it but now I kinda miss masterbaiting.I still get horny mentally but physically, I can't feel a thing.😭

I really want to decrease my dosage, but my meds hasnt have an effect, like I'm still the same. I'm also too shy to tell my psychiatrist, like what do I say? It's kinda embarrassing😭
