Pain in the chest

Have any of you guys ever had chest pain, like not from the heart obviously, but from arthritis.

Yesterday my chest started hurting around my 4th rib close to the sternum. I haven't fallen or anything and I mean it does have a joint of sorts around there, but I've just never experienced arthritis pains in that joint, so I'm kind of confused.

So, has anyone experienced this before?
