can i change my career into engineering ?

so my story is that i graduated with a 4.0 gpa i think with 4.0 gpa in math and philosopy and svt ( biology ) because i was in ( experimental science not science math because math science is a filiere that's more abstrait and in science experimental there is less analysis after the graduation my parents forced me to pass the concours for unis and they forced me to pass all the unis which since back then i refused then i told them that i'm not gonna study because inside me was really depressed didnt have friends and i was away from god etc so i decided why not to make a gap year to rethink my life and to examine my situation because as i told you i was depressed and closed on my self from 3 years and that accumulates i never tried to make friends and everyday i was really just playing videogames to fill the void inside me and that really created some psychological problemes for me as i started being not modest and really just in exams having 12 / 20 which was around 3 gpa and because i didnt really study just studyied the night before the exam and so shortly after the concours i got accepted idk how into business and finess major in another city so after this i went and my parents rented that places and guided me just basic stuff , after they left i was alone for the first time and in a uncomfortable situation as you know i never left the house until i were in uni and that affected me so much that know i fear going to administration as i have social anxiety disorder and im a afraid to ask for help because i never did now with uni and i live by myself i had free time so i decided to not go to uni to study and i was playing videos games like 15 hours a day literally between 11-15 hours non stop but after the final exams , i had 5 retakes exams and it really hit me so hard that i started to rethink my life and what to do then it hit me to study engineering because when i was young i love to be an "inventor" but no one supported the idea so it was really depressing for me now i havent studied physics since 7 month and maths in business is really lightweight not like experimental science ( BUT experimental have less analysis and math than mathematical science ) so i want to know if someone did experimental science and did engineering after i just want to know if there is hope for me or time because in 5 month there is concours that i can prepare for while studying business which is more easy i think just there is a lot of to cover thats all
