Which druid spec pairs well with an affliction Lock duo leveling partner?

Wife and I are just about to reach level 10 on the TBC anniversary realms, and I'm curious which spec I should play. My initial thought was some sort of balance/restoration build to add more dots and provide healing for life tap, but after realizing how mana regen works while shape shifted I'm reconsidering my choices. Maybe I can be a mad DPS cat AND provide decent heals? Any druid with some insight on how this partnership plays out while questing?
