Those who preordered the Resident Evil Generations Bundle, digital or physical?

Looking into the bundle, would be my first time ever playing a RE game, watched playthroughs of both 7 and 8. The price looks good, I’m fine but not ecstatic about the game key cards.

Did yall get it digital or physical?
