Global Healing Nerf

To all the higher rank players, how do you feel the global healing nerf is going to affect things.

Personally, I feel this will make supports have to deal more damage and pressure which will alleviate some of the healing they would have done normally.

Am I completely wrong here? Ive had a few supports flat out disagree with me, so I was curious what everyone else thought. I dont mind being wrong :)

Edit: the global nerf is Basically as soon as you take damage, healing received is reduced by 30% (unless your a tank, then its 15%)

Edit 2: the 30% less healing is for a few seconds and then if you dont take more dmg you get full healing effectiveness
