Head pressure

Since Tuesday I've had pressure feeling in my head I thought it was food poisoning as I had an upset stomach but it hasn't gone away and its Thursday now it may seem silly but I have really bad health anxiety, there is also crackling at the top of my nose which makes the pressure 10× worse but no stuffiness or blocked nose it also gets worse when I stand up
