Commencement Regalia

Hi everybody! I am graduating this spring and just started to really think about everything I need to do before then, including getting my cap and gown. I’ve heard rumors that you have to buy from Dubois or they won’t let you walk. I feel like it’d be insane of them to check every single person, so I’m wondering if that rumor is really true lol. If it’s not true, does anybody have a cap and gown for 5’1” to 5’3” that I could borrow, rent, or purchase for the morning of May 1st? Just trying to avoid paying $65 for a brand new giant sheet of black polyester. Thanks!!
