2025 MY needs new tires, 255/40/19 or 265/40/19 ?

My wife's MY will need tires soon. I run Michelin Pilot Sport 4S on my M3 and love them. Unfortunately, the MPS4S do not come in a 45 series so I am wondering which would be the better option?

255/40/19 or 265/40/19 ?

For reference, the stock size is 255/45/19
