How to cancel subscriptions?

Hi, my friend has a subscription but she doesn't find an option/button to cancel it. Under "billing" it only shows upgrade options. Also, in "manage subscriptions" only billing info is shown but no option to manage/cancel either.

So, how can she cancel?
