Weird smell and bodily fluids on ear plugs/tunnels

Hey guys. I have my stretched earlobes for over 10 years and since last year I have a weird bodily liquid on them when I remove them before going to bed. I always put them out when I wash my face in the evening. I wash my earlobes and I wash my plugs. I dry them and put them back in cause even tho the lobes are 10 years old, I still struggle with putting them back in after one night without it.

Do you Guys have the same Problem? I asked my friend and she said that she also has that Problem. But i cant remember having this issue as a teen. There was a time when I had it but this was because my earlobes were open wounded. I dont have open wounds anymore now. I dont have a picture sadly
