Maji talisman crafting - cost estimate / tips?

Hello guys,

I'm just one item away from finishing my level 98 Walking Calamity Rampage shaman.

I've been eyeing on 850+ dps (without runes) 3 socket Maji Talisman with 4+ % crit chance.

I've managed to farm ~4000 divs so far (I don't have nor will have a temple), but it seems the ones I "want" cost roughly twice or even three times that.

As I understand, many crafters prefer Spiny Talisman, so I was wondering if this more of a supply problem or would crafting a talisman like the one I described really cost closer to 10k divs on average?

Any insight appreciated before I start spending my currency, thanks! :)

Ps. I know most likely I could drop one unique rune and be cool with it, but I'd really prefer to keep the 3 sockets.
