TRV application outside Canada

I applied on my work permit on 8 may 2025 in Canada, travelled to India in aug 2025 due to personal reasons without valid TRV. In between i changed my address of PGWP delivery from Canada to my Indian address. Now i have recevied my PGWP approval 16 feb 2026 i have few concerns:

1. How to apply for TRV outside Canada is it same way as inside Canada or different.
2. Can i receive my physical copy of WP while i enter Canada?
