Underbody rust products

Hi all, I'm looking at dealing with some underbody rust myself on a 2010 Toyota Auris. Plan is to wire brush clean as much as I can off then treat the rust. I'm getting a bit confused with all the info online so just wanted to ask if the products I plan to use make sense

Step 1: Bilt Hamber Hydrate 80 This will be the rust converter (?)

Step 2: Dinitrol ML Thin highly penetrating corrosion protection to get into the nooks and crannies wherever I miss. Is this part even necessary?

Step 3: Dinitrol 4941 Underbody wax for corrosion protection

Does this appear to make sense? Appreciate any help here
