Help me decide

I recently purchased this leather bag for €250. While I’m not very familiar with leather quality, I noticed that after the first use — even though I handled it very carefully — a crease had already appeared (visible as a line on the right side). The leather also seems very prone to scratches.
Is this normal for a bag in this price range, or should I file a complaint and try to return it?
