**Seller & Factory**: Doris! I know the bag is from Royal, unsure of where the other stuff was sourced from

**Price**: bag was $215, crab was $36, wallet was $58 and charm was $28. I also ordered a cute cat card holder that was unfortunately out of stock($30) so she did ultimately refund me as I couldn’t find anything the same price. I do wish she was more helpful with this process, like suggesting some other slg that were the same price as I was just blindly sending over some photos from her album and everything was more expensive and at that point I was not willing to spend any more money. Also something I was not aware of which would be good to know, they do not have PP FF so it came back to me as a business transaction. Unfortunately PP holds these funds for up to 21 days since I was a “new business account” so I still do not have my money back officially. I told Doris that if I did not get the money back that I would like it as a credit and she was very okay with that. It was $64 shipping so all together I paid $431 and still waiting for my $30 refund. I know she also accepts Wise for payment, unsure if refunds are easier that way, would love input if anyone has experience with it!

No incentives were provided and she does not know I am making this review

**Shipping**: fedex. Nothing too noteworthy here

**Timeline**: first inquired 1/26, made final decisions 1/27, received PSP 1/29 and 1/30, received tracking info 2/2 and everything was delivered 2/14

**Overall Review**: I think everything looks gorgeous!! No LV boxes were sent, everything was in its own dust bag. The gem chain on the bag is unfortunately incorrect, the last two beads should be reversed. I did bring this up during PSP review and asked her to see if any other chains were correct. She said the entire batch was the same and I didn’t want to attempt to RL an entire bag that I love just cuz of the charm, even though it was disappointing. A nice feature of this bag is that it DID come with two charms. I might ask her in the future if there are any of these charms correct and see if anything can be done. The inside pink is gorgeous. The bag is nice and soft. Nothing came with ANY ODOR!! I was so happy about this because I bought from someone else (not on this sub) and the small wallet I got from her still STINKS. I’ve been keeping it between two activated charcoal bags and it’s still so pungent (any help here would be appreciated lol). The wallet is nice and soft as well. The crab charm has already gotten compliments out in the wild! I have not worn the bag out yet as I want to protect it since it’s so light and color transfer would devastate me lmao. I got some Apple Guard and will be spraying that after I clean and condition her today!

Doris was easy to work with, responded very quickly to me and got it shipped quickly as well. Everything was packaged very well and protected. Again only snafus were the refund being sent as a business transaction and the charm that the bag came with is slightly incorrect. I would purchase with her again but make sure to ask if all the items I want are in stock before paying to avoid any refund headache.
