Should at 150° ROM. Keep or cancel ortho appointment?

After five months of PT, one cortisone shot at the ortho, and one follow-up with the ortho, my shoulder ROM is now functional. Before I call the ortho to discuss cancelling or keeping my next ortho appointment, I thought I would ask how y'all have handled stopping treatment. I already stopped PT.
