Was deferred!!

Hey!! I applied EA and was deferred to the RD round. I want to get in through the NYC scholars pathway so I ended switching which campus I wanted this morning! Would it be easier to get in? At first I had Boston campus as my first choice! also, would that mean I would get in for undeclared rather than an actual major?
