Do any of you have crazy anxiety after surgery

I’m About a year and a half now after full thyroidectomy and I’m having trouble with a lot of anxiety my thyroid medication is where it should be and I know that just because it’s where it should be, it doesn’t mean it’s my right do it’s really weird though I was on a lower dose and I almost felt better. I almost felt like the anxiety was gone and as we get closer to normal thyroid levels, they for some reason are making me feel weird. And by weird, I mean I have a lot of anxiety so whenever I have to do something, I’ll feel out of breath and I’ll check my oxygen levels and they’ll be like 93% to 94% and then I’ll do like a breathing exercise and it’ll go away I’m just wondering if any of you have increased anxiety afterwards once you have gotten to the level you need to be with medication also vertigo was a really weird problem. I had on lower dose. I would randomly feel vertigo like my head was spinning, or I was on a boat
