Could this be OCD

When I was an older teenager(17) I was in big GC. We later fell out for unrelated reasons and I stayed friends with most of the ppl in it. Later tho I found screen shots of some ppl talking badly about me saying i sent NSFW content in the gc and that there were younger kids (13) in the gc. I freaked out because I didn’t remember any of this. After thinking for a long time I assumed it had to be NSFW jokes that I said when I wasn’t thinking because I don’t keep NSFW images on my phone (my parents used to go through it) I asked one of my friends who was in the gc with me about it and they told me I was fine but I’m still worried. my friend who has ocd thinks I’m overthinking and that this is POCD. But I’m not sure, I don’t have a formal ocd diagnosis (tho my doctor thinks I do have intrusive thoughts) can someone help me.
