I feel like I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do

I’ve been doing this job for about three weeks now and my boss got onto me for not doing enough goals during our supervisions but the thing is my client just struggles with following directions in school and keeping on task and sitting still. She only has about 8 goals and if I’m having a supervision for two hours over the phone the teacher is mostly giving instructions so I’m not sure what else I could do. I can’t always fit in the taking breaks because her teacher doesn’t allow it. The teacher doesn’t even want me giving her stickers in the classroom because it distracts the other kids but it’s like that’s what motivates her to do her school work. I do token boards and a timer. My boss hasn’t really said anything else and said I do have good rapport with my client. I just don’t know if I’m doing this right my clients mom also told me she loves me and hopes I don’t leave anytime soon.
