Cartoon Rabbit from 90s - early 2000s

I have this distinct memory of a cartoon rabbit from the late 90s or early 2000s. I can't for the life of me remember anything beyond that the style his eyes were drawn was similar to Sonic the Hedgehog. Pretty sure it was a one off short on Cartoon Network, not a series. I also seem to recall a scene of him and another animal floating on a log down a river. Bi Pedal for sure, and I keep picturing him as being either green or purple but my memory could be wrong on that. I've already read through Wikipedia's list of fictional rabbits and didn't see what I was looking for. Does anyone else have a memory of this cartoon at all or is it just me?
