Follow ups take too long. Here's what you can do.

Responding to multiple leads takes too long. Here's what you can do to respond to them wayy faster so there's a higher lead-to-meeting conversion rate.

- Trigger: lead fills in form, details get uploaded into Airtable

- AI tool generates a human-like personalised email using the details of the newly added row into the database

- Sends it to me for approval or changes

- If I requested change, edits the email and sends to me again for approval

- Sends off to lead after approval

Of course you could use a different trigger, like for every email sent by an lead / client. This is just a blueprint I'm sharing for what I made in n8n.
