Need help. I got a letter from the Ministry of finance from a jetski i bought back in 2023. I dont know where to post this so I did it here.

Hello.

This is my 1st time owning a jetski here in Meaford,Ontario. Back in July 2023 I bought a 2010 sea doo rxtx 255 with trailer privately in cash. I have the boat registered under my name. This year a letter was sent to me last January 28 from the Ministry of Finance regarding purchasing by boat privately and want me to complete the purchase information. I just came back home and found the letter. Can someone help me walk through this process step by step.
