Ugh
I started getting migraines almost everyday since October - when they first started it was literally just that I woke up one day and it felt like someone was blowing up a metal balloon inside my head and the back of my head was going to explode. I had just gotten a bad sinus infection the weeks before but I figure the migraine was due to stress bc I woke up to my bar exam results that day (don’t worry I passed !). Anyways. Since then I’ve had like a few days where my head feels a little bit better but still hurts somewhat, however I went to see an ENT bc I’ve been having sinus symptoms for these few months as well. She gave me an antibiotic which helped my throat tremendously HOWEVER it moved the pressure from the back of my head to the front of I’ve been so dizzy and I’ve been getting floaters in my eyes etc. does anyone have anything they do for this ??? I have emergency meds and I’m on a daily preventative but it’s making it so hard to function , anytime I look without moving my head (so just my eyes) it feels like I’m floating or something for like a second. I’ve tried warm compresses etc but I still feel the pressure - anyone got a trick?
