MT, debating on quitting

I’ve been working as a MT for about 5 months and I’mhaving serious thoughts about leaving. Hours are extremely long and I’m just not motivated anymore. I have a baby that’s due in July and I don’t feel like the work life balance will align. It’s it worth it to stay and work my way up? Does it get better as I move up?
