I feel misunderstood.
Man everyone was so mean when I first started high school. They all thought I was the weirdest dude ever, and in reality, I was! But here’s the other thing. I wasn’t on the internet until I was about to go into 9th grade. I wasn’t like these other people who were on the internet since the age of five, raised by the internet. I didn’t know anything about social norms, partly because I was uncultured, and also because I’m autistic and I don’t always understand social cues. The girls would always act all shy around me and say “hai max” when I would go to high school, and I know they were lying because everyone was the same when I really looked. They were all so fake. I left public high school, and went to a private school, and now every time I see a girl from my public school, she acts all scared around me like I’m gonna chase her down and do horrible things. I JUST WANNA BE BY MYSELF AND PLAY WITH MY YO-YO, I DON’T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU. They’re all pretending I’m dangerous. Maybe I could be seen as such, in ninth grade I followed a girl to the bathroom, but I didn’t even know she was going to the bathroom, and I had just wanted to ask her a question about class that day. I also, having not been on the internet since the just before that school year started, didn’t know about social norms, and how following people, for one thing, is an absolute no-no. I don’t wanna hurt anyone, I hate how everyone acts like I’m some monster who’s gonna eat them if they get too close. I would never lay a finger on anyone, and I don’t want to be seen as dangerous. The girl had gone around telling everyone I was stalking her, so now I’m not just weird, but I’m also a creep. IM NOT A CREEP IM JUST UNCULTURED!!! I feel like I’m not adding to anything at this point and the only way I can win is either by dying and losing, or becoming super duper successful and winning. Thanks for reading!
Cheers,
Max
