Does the balance team not play their own game?

I fail to understand how the game can be in such a terrible state. There are mom's so ridiculously overtuned running around, that even making mistakes doesn't punish them.

Few absolutely broken mons being - Mega char X and Y, Mega lucario, Mega Gyarados, Blastoise, Meowth, Vaporeon, Psyduck, Darkrai, Sirfetchd, Mimikyu.

All of these mons are so much stronger than the other cast, it feels unfair.

Here's a list of mons that feel SO BAD to play that even when you feel like you're playing perfect, outplaying, you will lose to the more overtuned mons.

Sylveon, Azumarill, Aegislash, Espeon, Cramorant, Sableye, Duraludon, Chandelure, Falinks, Tinkaton, Tyranitar, Mega M2 X, Cinderace, A9, Metagross

I don't understand, how so many mons are allowed to exist in such a bad state, given no updates no nothing, while powecreep just becomes worse and worse. Trying to play any of the weaker mons genuinely feels so bad.

Why won't they just fix the game?
