Weird head feelings / sensations (not headaches)

Hi all. So I’m getting these weird head sensations off and on and don’t know how to explain them. They aren’t really cluster headaches, it’s more of a feeling of my head feeling “full”. And I’m not getting brain zaps, just Moreso little sensations like “waves of weirdness” that lasts a few seconds.

Can anyone relate to this? Did anything help it?
