Windows PC version vs the Xbox PC version

Hello all,

I bought the premium edition directly from elderscrollsonline.com. My question is, if I buy the Xbox PC version (not the Xbox console version), will I be able to log in with my account and get access to all the stuff that's in the premium edition that I already bought?

What I'm trying to do is integrate ESO into the Xbox PC app, which I already use for a bunch of other games. Currently the Xbox PC version is on sale for $5, but it only mentions having the Morrowind content, not the rest of the Premium content. Is that content tied to the download, or the ESO account?
