Resume Repay Administrative Forbearance - Ends?

Hello,

May someone explain to me what does this mean and its impact to my repayment process? Thank you!

I got this new status on my student loan today "Resume Repay Administrative Forbearance-Ends on March"

I have an alert on the my account page: "You have a forbearance ending on March"

Additional information:

1. I did not sign up for IDR or SAVE since they did not apply to me. Basically left it default the day I got the loans.
2. Loans were taken out August 2019 and January 2020
