Lightheaded, flushed face and tinitus when standing.

33M. I haven’t been sleeping well the last few days and felt run down and a bit unwell. Not taking any medication or have any diagnosed conditions.

Earlier today I stood up at work having been sat down for a bit , I went lightheaded and felt a weird sensation in my head and across my face. Felt an odd sensation in my chest and a few palpatations and my ears began to ring like tinitus. I sat down and noticed in a mirror that both my neck and face were bright red, I've had a flushed face before but this was more profound then I’m ever seen it.

Once sat down the feelings passed quickly and my face returned to normal. I’ve never experienced this before . Is this cause for concern or am i just run down and tied.
