Tips for New Player wanting to tank?

Yo! I've played a ton of M+ as all roles in WoW, but I'm taking a break from the game, so season 2 reset is the perfect time for me to hop on Fellowship.

I've seen that historically leavers were a bit of an issue, will that still be true if I want to learn to tank? Although I don't envision that being too big of an experience breaker since I've seen it all, but I just want to prepare myself. Any common tank resources for Fellowship already? I don't mind watching content creators but I do prefer written guides if those exist. And yeah mainly curious if anyone's got any tips that come to mind of maybe pitfalls you encountered that could save me time.
