Anyone have Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP) surgery experience to share?
“UPPP is a surgical procedure designed to treat severe snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) by removing or reshaping excess, sagging tissue in the throat, such as the soft palate, uvula, and tonsils.” Anyone have experience having this surgery? My ENT recommended it. I have been unsuccessful with CPAP for several years and I’m not a good candidate for Inspire due to severity of OSA.
